Vodafone - 16 weeks paid maternity leave; 30 hour fully paid weeks for 6 months upon returning to work.
Maybe that's the kind of company that should look to specifically recruit mommies and wannabees. The rotation would be clear and specified and you wouldn't have disgruntled workers covering for them because their turn will come up....
