Remember the days of big cars with the spare tire on the back? I took this photo at a car show several years ago and was intrigued by the shapes, reflections and bright color.
The painting was done by pouring fluid acrylic several times to get this intense shade of red. The whites were lifted off with alcohol and a razor blade. Then darks were painted in with watercolor on top....
