Life is Wonderful...

Since my last post about losing weight, my weight been plateau. Same workout same menu everyday and week .. huhu.. so this year i decided to change my diet.. the. And mentally and physically..
I started my journey of no rice and sugar until i get my ideal weight. So i read about low carbs diet and i found about atkin diet..actually i already knows about this type of diet but never actually read it. Or practise it....

Woooww... it been so long since my last updates..
not that i forgot about my blog but i actually more to my hp than my laptop..
Being a working mother with 2 kids not an easy task.. Quality time with them is more precious..

I challenge my self this year to lose about 20kg of my weight. I weight so heavy after i gave birth to my second baby.
Before i started to do some workout i have tried alph lipid, shape plus, u name it, almost everything. not hat i dont know they wont do the magic but i still try it with a little 'hope' i can be slim again. Maybe i did lose 2-3 kg but that afr i spend...

Been awaay for so long already..
I am trying to update my blog frequenly but always end up with sleep.
This Holiday is a busy holiday for me. So many things to finish and at the same time very short time i have. 2 weeks not enough, 24 hours a day also not enough....
