2013 was a bad year for Rhino’s as there was a total of 1004 poaching incidents in South Africa alone. This is up from 668 in 2012 and 448 in 2011. There is also no sign of it slowing down as this year already has 42 on its tally.
A lot of awareness is being done locally but it seems that this does not help much. It is important for all of us to spread the word and actively get involved in helping. Now you ask yourself how you can get involved. Simply by not buying rhino products...

Yesterday was the first time for me and Kaden at the movies! We watch Frozen which is quite appropriate when you see what is happening in the USA at the moment. Luckily we are in Africa! Ate popcorn for the first time, sure beats grass and leaves.
