Nakheel is adding another neighbourhood centre to its growing collection of retail projects with a new, 72,000 sq ft Pavilion at its Badrah community in Dubai.
The developer has awarded a contract for more than AED35 million to Dubai-based Convrgnt Value Engineering LLC to build the new facility, which will serve nearly 800 homes at Nakheel’s Badrah and Veneto communities....
