Does any protection exist in our so advocated equal societies, of our differences ?
We are not all equal. A lot of differences exist between race and race, without detract anybody.
Does somebody exist who take care of distinguish the white ?

I continue insisting, I'm not lawyer and I don't belong to any security organization, but thanks god I have two eyes, two ears and a head to think, and I answer myself ?
If a person older than 18 years have no knowledge that the action she/he is performing is a crime, only by the simple fact of not knowing it,  it is not a crime. ??????...

I suspect there are different cases :
1) false identity in the institution where he/she works and real identity in life out of institution.
I believe that this human being covers his actions inside the institution, so legal actions on his responsabilities that should affect him, couldn't be executed. If it is posible to prove false identity, this should be the first crime in the institution...

False identity guarantees the security of the actions of citizens ?
I should say that false identity only covers and strengthens criminal actions they execute.
In this way, institutions guarantees criminal action of their staff.
