I am trying to be happier.  To embrace my life and everything in it.  I have to be honest though, work is killing me right now.  I am so tired after working long hours all day.  Even though I don't have a physically demanding job, being pulled in 7 different...

Wow, another year has just flown by.  I resolve to write more whether it is in my paper journal or here.  I need to have a record of life because frankly my memory sucks.
So to recap from last year.  Let's see how successful I was.

I was watching the news tonight.  I am fuming.  Absolutely furious.  Heartbroken.  Devastated and disillusioned.

There is this fucking piece of shit that had the privilege of having a baby and she killed her son.  Her 26 day old son.  I don't fucking care that she was only 18 years old.  I don't fucking care that she was "turning her life around".  I don't fucking...

How do I write this?
How do you write about the death of your best friend?  Your baby?
He was part of our family for just over 13 years.  He was just over 15 years old.  He was amazing in every way.  I know everyone says that about their dog but really, Riley was amazing....
