We recently went back to St. Jude for my son Jordan’s six month check up.
He is the handsome young man sitting there in the middle of our two precious granddaughters.  Jordan is a brain tumor survivor.
There are always lots of fun things happening at St. Jude.  While we were in between clinic appointments a juggler came to entertain the kids....

For the past few years, our family has taken an annual trip to Disney World.  I don’t know who gets more excited…our grandchildren or us!
This year was extra special;  all 5 of our sons came.  Talk about a lot of planning!  My wonderful daughter in love took care of every last detail....

This past week the kids were off of school for election day.
We thought since the weather was so beautiful we’d go and spend the day at the Zoo.
When when we got there, we were surprised to find that we and all the animals basically had the zoo to ourselves.  Turned out to be a pretty good idea after all....

It only seems like yesterday the kids were getting out of school for the summer.
We had all kinds of fun things planned for them to do during their summer vacation.
I love the summer because I get to spend so much time with my grandchildren.  But when hurricanes come our way, as they often do, my son gets activated by the National Guard....
