Sheffield Loses Four More Police Officers
The City of Sheffield has announced it is losing four more police officers. In order to combat some of this employee hemorrhaging, the City on the Bluff will begin to pay hazardous duty pay for both police and firefighters.
Let's see...you work for the fire department and make a certain wage when flushing fire hydrants, etc., but get an extra hourly bonus when you fight a real fire. Okay, that works....
