The Secret Sun

Today (July 16th) is the tenth anniversary of the first Stranger Things series, a landmark date sadly forever contaminated by the dumpster-fire sequels and a truly loathsome and cringe-inducing finale.
I’m currently at work on a video presentation explaining how the franchise was so thoroughly infantilized and sabotaged by Netflix, and the following will hopefully give you a sense of why they had to destroy it....

Dreaming has always been a major part of my life, and a central concern of The Secret Sun.

I hate to say I told you so, but superheroes are dead. They've actually been un-dead since Avengers: Endgame finished off the Marvel Universe saga for most people, but there was just too much money at stake to admit the very obvious fact that the spandex...

Has it already been nine years since Twin Peaks: The Return? I reckon it has, and that makes me sad. Especially since we've lost the Master in the interim.
I'm feeling especially nostalgic for some strange reason, so let's wind up the Secret Sun Wayback Machine and revisit this Twin Peaks-themed freakout....
