Finally after a few weeks of talking about it, I am eating healthier and I have dropped a few pounds. I know I can keep this up.

Well My food choices have been excellent for the past two days, as I have not eaten much do to a flu bug! I am feeling much better today, however their is a flu symptom that is still hanging on so I still do not feel hungry.
A friend of mine called and we are going to start walking together next week (Monday) after she gets this busy weekend over for her and I should be completely better by then....
