Precious Treats ... Every Piece is Special

This week we received orders of 12 containers of Almond Praline. Price for each container is RM22.
Thank you Shahidah, Ida, Sue and Iza.

These two lovely ladies, Suraya and Farila are from Puchong and Shah Alam.  Both are colleagues and love milk chocolates therefore 70%  of the chocolates we made that day were milk chocolates!

Farila "tempering" the couverture chocolate on the marble slab.  The speciality of our class is that we teach both techniques of making chocolates in an aircond room and in a non aircond room (homemade technique)....

This class was held on 26 June and only one student participated as the other one had to cancel due to fever.
Fiera attended our class upon recommendation by her mother, Puan Normaliza and we found she is a fast learner and creative too.  Thank you Puan Normaliza....
