During the appointment she explained that she has several families in the old system ( pre December 31st, 2007). We are one of them. She explained that she would complete our HS this fall but for the next few weeks is very busy and won’t be able so see...

Okay so here’s where we are at...
The property has FINALLY been subdivided and we have been paid (…although we are waiting for the check to clear cause for some reason they did not have it certified…don’t worry, the lawyer won’t release it until we confirm the funds are in our account...

Okay, so I’ve been really quiet for the last several months, honestly I’ve been too frustrated to post but….we have fingerprints!
The subdivision went to the lawyer today, to get the deed issued and transferred and should be completed next week! Yay!! So during our all too brief holidays I convinced my dh that we ought to go and get them done, since we were nearing the home stretch...
