Also you can right click on the boxes and change the background color along with changing the boarder color to a lighter gray or remove completely.  Download it here...

Get this Adobe Illustrator newspaper template for free here.  Everything is easily changed and you can simply enter your content.  Also the picture boxes are colored so you can easily see where your pictures go.
Just ignore the missing fonts error. Click open anyway, it works just fine....
