Maintenance works at the Peace and Happiness/ Les Dawson Garden
Starting from Monday 23rd the Parks & Coastal Services team will be undertaking some essential improvement works to the much loved Peace and Happiness Garden, on St Annes promenade.

Recycle your clean pots, tubs and trays
Fylde Council are now making it easier for people to recycle more plastic waste.
In addition to the plastic bottles for liquids which are already collected, from October 1st 2019 residents will be able to put clean plastic pots, tubs and trays in either their blue recycling bin or green box.... -

Changes to Lytham Recycling Centre opening hours
The Lancashire County Council’s Cabinet have agreed to proposals to help balance its budget by changing the opening times of Lancashire’s household waste recycling centres.
Lytham Recycling Centre located on Saltcotes Road continues to remain open 7 days a week which includes weekends and bank holidays. However it will still be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.... -

Lytham Hall completes much needed walk way
Fylde Council’s Community Projects Fund has seen yet another great success, helping over 100,000 visitors a year safely access Lytham Hall via their newly constructed pedestrian walk way.
A grant of £2,000 was awarded to The Friends of Lytham Hall charity in March 2019 to introduce a pedestrian walk way running parallel with the main driveway....
