It was horrible. After taking a break from Canadian politics, and the right-wing sewer that social media has become, I returned to find Pierre Poilievre cackling like a hyena.
Opening his mouth and showing his teeth, believing he is on the cusp of a massive majority....

I wasn't going to write anything about Justin and Sophie's sad separation. But as summer slowly changes to fall, I changed my mind.
I wanted to thank them for representing our country in such a classy manner, and for making us look new and exciting in the eyes of the world....

From the moment he became Con leader I warned that Pierre Poilievre would take this country to a very dark place.
And sure enough he wasted no time attacking Justin Trudeau like a rabid hyena, trying to smear him into submission, by blaming him for everything from the economy to the weather....

It has been more than a week since Pierre Poilievre finally realized he had to soften his image or give up any hope of ever being Prime Minister.
So he gave himself a waxy looking makeover, and tried to fool us into believing that he's really a nice guy....
