IP-Banning - a ridiculous system to block users [on hold]
Reading this rules page What can I do when getting "We are no longer accepting questions/answers from this account"? I've found something very ridiculous :
The ban also takes in account the IP address. If you browse from a shared computer, or from a location that gives the same IP address to many end users, it's enough that another user who was banned or triggers the ban, will affect everyone else accessing... -

Why this is voted to delete?I mean my answer probably is not exactly what OP was asking for BUT it still fits as an answer, in a way OP did not exactly specify and therefor might be even helpfull for future readers. Or am I wrong here about something...
