Kelly G Rogers was finally granted parole on 02/20/2020. However, it does come with strings attached.
According to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice website, Rogers will;
"FI-18R (05/2020)- Transfer to a Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP-18) or InnerChange Freedom Initiative (IFI) and release to parole after completion and not earlier than 18 months from 05/2020."... -
