In advance of tonight's Public Hearing on a new DTES plan, I would like to confirm a couple of things.
Am I correct in observing that the city is now proposing buildings up to 11 FSR and 32 storeys in the DTES DEOD but they must be restricted to rental and social housing? Ownership housing will continue to be banned....
