WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Judge LaMont Jacobson has sentenced Dylan Yang to 13 years in prison and 17 years of extended supervision for the murder of Isaiah Powell, with 600 days in jail recognized as part of time served.
Yang will have no contact with the family of Powell and must maintain absolute sobriety during his supervision period. He will also pay restitution of over $2,000 out of his prison wages....
