Picons not loading for channels with spaces in their name — bug report + PR with...

Hi everyone,
I'd like to report a bug in pvr.vuplus where picons fail to load for any channel whose name contains spaces (e.g. Rai 1 HD, Canale 5 HD), while channels without spaces (e.g. Arte) work perfectly.
