TV Shows shelf displays episode thumbs instead of posters
I found the settings "always use poster for episodes" in the general section of the settings, and activated it in order to experience the view as seen in screenshots.
In the media views section I also activated this setting, and clear logo as extra art just in case this might lead to the displaying of clear logos instead of posters.... -

Help with jerky playback of one DVD-ripped MKV on Shield

I’ve just got an Nvidia Shield and installed Kodi on it. It plays back almost all of my files fine from an external HDD, except for one R1 DVD mkv of Rush Hour. The video is very jerky — kind of like the animation in Spider-Verse — but the sound is fine... -

Context menu retention between uses? Mike S?
I was asked if I could incorporate context menu retention between uses. I would assume for things like in TV shows seasons where if you have say 10 sessions, right click © to call the context menu, and say select "mark as watched" and then select it...
