    Very interesting and I will try to do a few test, like the all out or some constant work on skis but also on a bike.
    With  Nordic skiing, I think it would be necessery to have a second Moxy on one arm because, when my legs start to be tired I push more with my arms so it's hard to interprete only with a moxy on the vastus lateralis....
