Someone asked me if we were going to stop blogging altogether now that our trip is done.
I do no want to, and yet you would think we would do a better job of keeping things up to date. It isn't that life is boring. Sure, weeding the corn for 5 hours is boring, but getting it done is great!... -

Day 20: Almost Home... In St. Louis
We had a fine day on Saturday. Sure it was hot, and yes there were still "fire" to put out, but it felt a lot like " home" here at Sonya's parent's house. We come often enough that the kids are feeling like we are almost at home.
Sonya did some birthday and swimming shopping. Abi set up an etsy store. I shopvac-ed and washed/pressure washed/brushed the bugs off of the Suburban. Some of us napped. And we swapped lots of stories, since Tom and Connie just got back from 3 weeks... -

We looked at the map and went after the trip to St. Louis.
Is there anything to say about Kansas? We did try a short cut that we ended up bailing on an hour in due to the threat of construction.
We made it through a red box movie and probably 6 hours of new Odysseys....
