    I would say that if an athlete isn’t failing then they are probably not growing. Creating an environment where athletes can fail as they try new skills and learn new concepts is ESSENTIAL for GROWTH.
    Parents and coaches create this environment or they can create an environment where athletes are afraid to fail and are constantly looking outside the field for the answers instead of thinking and solving them with their teammates or on their own....
