vmware are pushing ESXi as the vmware product to use, so I thought I'd try it out. The install wizard was super quick, but didn't really have any options.
By default it created a Datastore with a 1MB block size for my 1.5TB drive. This limits the size of any file on that store (so VM hard drives) to 256GB. Which would probably be fine, but seems a bit restrictive....

McAfee VSE 8.7 with DAT 5958 falsely detects C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe as W32/Wecorl.a
It then deletes the file, which causes the following error:
System restart in 60 seconds: DCOM Server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly.

As with most simple things in Exchange 2007 this needs to be done using powershell. It's fairly simple once you know the commands though, see below for the Microsoft example.
