These were awesome! Rich, moist, and SO incredibly fudgy!
In fact, they were so fudgy, I couldn't even cut them the first day. But it didn't matter..they were SO delicious, we ate them crumbly! I loved the rich chocolate with the crackle tops!
The next day, to my surprise, they cut very easily. We liked to warm them in the microwave and top them with Costco's strawberry yogurt sundae. Once in awhile I buy one, and they are so big, we usually get 2 to 3 servings a piece from just one. That... -

As I have said before, I am trying to eat less gluten, so I've been experimenting with different GF recipes. I found this on the King Arthur site, and gave it a try.
They taste VERY similar to the regular snickerdoodles, and I love the cinnamon and sugar topping! I was surprised at how soft they were, and that the texture was not as gritty as so many GF baked goods.... -

Oh NO!
I didn't have any chocolate in the house! I HAD to have some..you know the feeling...and I dug into every cupboard...but nothing!
