The one thing that I think we've all appreciated about the last two years is how important making is to how we feel whether it's baking bread, creating art or making shoes.
We've enjoyed continuing to make bespoke shoes; filming and editing "Handsewn Shoe Making" video modules to support students unable to travel; and running one-to-one classes when Government guidance allowed. But we've missed the day-to-day enthusiasm...

Building on the wonderful event founded by Bill, Phil and Tony nearly 25 years ago, the Digital Independent Shoemakers Conference was founded this year and brings together a wide community of makers together, from as far afield as Alaska and Australia...
