The whole family woke up a bit early for a Saturday.
I prepared a hearty breakfast. I enjoyed cooking even if I am not an expert at it. It's mostly fried rice and fried other food for breakfast. Haha! -

I have tried the potato salad at Ippon Yari, and I loved it.
So I tried researching the recipe for a Japanese potato salad, and I found a simple version. I tried it, and it tasted good.
Quarter the potatoes and boil for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Mash the potatoes, but not thoroughly. There should still be chunks visible. Julienne the carrots and blanch. Minced onions. Peel the cucumber and slice thinly. Set aside. Shred the ham....
