21 JULY 2013: Arunachal Pradesh Chakma Students Union (APCSU) has expressed serious concern over the sudden disappearance of 13 Chakma boys, accused in the high profile gang rape case, from Chowkham police station of Lohit district on 19 July.
The police reportedly claim that all the accused fled from the police station in the wee hours of 19 july, following which they asked their parents/guardians to inform them about their whereabouts at the earliest....
