Utah's social media law put on hold by federal judge as lawsuits continue

Flags lowered in honor of those lost in the 9/11 attacks
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — American and State of Utah flags across the state have been lowered to half-staff in honor of the first responders and victims lost during the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in New York City 23 years ago.
