We  have learnt Leadership can be hard to define and it means different things to different people.
Leaders create an inspiring vision, and then motivate and inspire others to reach that vision. They also manage delivery of the vision, either directly or indirectly, and build and coach their teams to make them ever stronger....

Today we feel a strong leading to share this just because of you. You have hit rock bottom and you are now convinced that there is no way out. We have good news for you, in Christ Jesus there is a way to fail forward.
