Spirit Boys Of Tampa 00/01

Well, we had our second league game at home on 11-02-2013. On that rainy Saturday morning we lost this second game to the league leaders Winter Haven Youth Soccer Club.
Needless to say we still have some work to do to improve our team skills but the effort is definately there....

The USA (United Soccer Association) League has begun. This is Game 1 against Pinellas Flames at home.
With about half of our new team having not played organized soccer before, we expect a little learning curve for our team as a whole.
We lost this first one but are eagerly looking forward to our next outing which will be at home again next weekend....

First, we welcome all our new teamates and look forward to another productive season for our Spirit U13 Boys.  As was last year, there is going to be a period of ajustment where we learn how to play as a team using each others individual strengths in...

The Spirit U12 Boys had their last official get-together on Saturday May 11th 2013 at the Hwy 301 home field.
It was a pot luck style lunch event.  Before lunch though, the U12 boys challenged the parents and all onlookers willing to participate to a friendly match. It was close but the boys won with a 7 to 6 score....
