Well, in my quest to make yummy things that are also a treat for the eyes, I've found some ways to cheat a little....

I used to say all sorts of things I would never do as a mom. And now that I'm a mom, I've learned to never say that. You never know what you'll do!
For example, I always said, "I'll never be one of those moms driving around listening to kiddie music. There's enough good normal music out there." But a couple of albums have caused me to cancel that statement....
