    1.65 lpa Compensation !!! Is It Justified ??

    I just heard Perot is giving 1.65 lakh compensation to freshers who they recruited in 2008/2009. This package is absolutely not justified, the call center and non-technical people earn more than this.
    Adding to the burden is 2 years bond with penalty of 1.5 lakh. Good companies don't follow the bond procedure, they woo employees otherwise....
