To reboot the center display in a Tesla Model S or X, you hold down both scroll wheels on the steering wheel.
To reboot a website takes a bit more work, but in this case it's happening for the same reason as a Tesla's computer will need a kick in the pants.... -

Tesla just raised the price of Autopilot by $500 — what gives?
Update: A Tesla spokesperson confirmed that the Autopilot price increase has nothing to do with added hardware, that it instead was done "to best reflect the value" of the Autopilot product as a whole — considering that there have not been major changes...

Turns out your Tesla Model S P90D can be upgraded to a P100D. It wasn't that long ago that Tesla introduced the 90kWh option for the Model S after introducing it with public availability of the Model X, so owners of those cars might feel disappointed...
