When i looked in the fruit bowl this morning i noticed my bananas were looking a little worse for wear and that only means one thing..... Banana Bread!
I'm having lunch with Grandma tomorrow and thought this would be a good chance to test out a recipe i found on this blog for banana bread cupcakes with cream cheese icing....

It's too windy for the beach on this beautiful sunny day, so i thought i would stay at home and have a good old crafternoon. I've found some great craft projects on a couple of blogs that i follow and thought it'd be a good chance to attempt them.

The day after boxing day was spent packing, packing for a five day adventure in South Australia camping at Aldinga Beach. We left very early in the morning on the 28th so we could make a few stops along the way.
The first stop was the sink holes and blue lake in Mount Gambier, such a beautiful sight....
