    Comment or uncomment a single line in Emacs

    I'd like to have an emacs-lisp function that comments or uncomments the line the cursor is on.
    At the very least, it needs to work in latex-mode and emacs-lisp-mode, as well as in org-mode inside latex and emacs-lisp source code blocks. Of course, it would be nice if the function worked generally, but as a stopgap, just the above situations would...

    How to set keybindings to jump to next/previous latex math environment?

    In vim (I think with vimtex) one can jump to the next or previous math zone (inline or display mode) with a keybinding.
    Using auctex or org mode (preferably org mode), how could one do that in emacs ? Are there packages that could help ?

    Why did the proced of Emacs not show the process on my win10 system?

    My Emacs version is 26.1. The system is Microsoft Windows 10. When I run M-x proced, the buffer does not list the proced used on the current system. What is this situation?

    Why doesn't Gnus natively support Atom feeds?

    This seems quite strange to me, because Gnus is very widely used, and so are Atom feeds. Is there any ideological reason perhaps?
