Clients on our Windows server are currently experiencing unexpected downtime. Our server technicians are currently investigating and we will provide updates when they come to hand.

Status: Downtime was caused by a stalled backup process on the server. This has now been rectified and all services should be back to normal. Again, our apologies for any inconvenience caused....

We have received an update from our server technicians indicating that the Windows server requires the installation of necessary Windows updates and the latest backup agent. This maintenance schedule will involve no more than 90 minutes of downtime.
