I purchased the rail protection plan for two tickets I got for a train in late April. Due to coronavirus I won't actually be going to Europe, but theres literally no button on the site to actually get a refund??

I booked a journey online but was charged twice.
I immediately went to the online chat, which then directed me to the US service office. I called and was on hold for 2+ hrs for 3 days in a row, so I resorted to email, to which I got a form reply.
I still haven't received a resolution or refund....
