I have only one computer on which I had to reload the OS. My Data partition was being backed up by Mozy, but I can't seem to access those files. "Settings" show 4.3GB on "This Device" and 5.7GB on "Other Devices". How do I access the other devices? ...

UPDATE: Initial backup not working
Support solved this issue:
In order to back-up all the files you wish, one must 1) select "FILE SYSTEM" tab (NOT "Backup Sets") and then 2) EXPAND the directory to select your options.

I have just changed to a newer version of Asus PC, and I can't get Mozy to back up my documents and pictures the way it used to do so well.
After trying various fixes, Mozy is now trying download a huge file, which it can't do.
I would like to restore the settings to the new "One Drive" (which was the original configuration), but either the program is jammed or I don't know how to select files to back up.... -

Mozy fails to backup its own schema
I've had to replace my OS several times over because acronis TrueImage is apparently worthless with Windows 10 and their new BCDedit multiple image schema. In the meantime I've discovered that Mozy is a bit of a mess as well in that there is no backup...
