Charitable Giving: Bowling fundraiser nets $3,200 for Morgan County Golden Stars
On the evening of Dec. 4, Ryan Echols of Morgan Lanes along with Jane Larsen and Sheila Goedert presented Morgan County Sheriff Dave Martin with a $3,200 donation for the Morgan County Golden Stars Christmas and Veterans programs.
Larsen remarked that this was raised at the fourth annual bowling tournament that was held to benefit the Golden Stars programs. Their tournament was held on Nov. 9 and 10 of this year and generated 108 bowlers from around the area....
