Since I started my Atkins based diet Sept 19 I have lost an official 14 lbs. That puts me under 270lbs, for the first for the first time in 20 years. I finally broke that 270 barrier after 7 years of yo - yo dieting. Now to reach 245 - 101 lbs lighter...
